Anointing of the Sick

This Sacrament is for those of the faithful whose health is seriously impaired by sickness or old age. This includes sick children, those who have upcoming surgery, elderly who have become seriously weakened though no serious illness is present, or those who have previously been anointed but have again become seriously ill. Please call the parish office to arrange to receive the sacrament.

Baptism

A parent who is registered in the parish and is a practicing Catholic may prepare for the Baptism of a child. A Baptism class is required before the Child's Baptism.  Baptisms are celebrated the third Sunday of each month. Contact Deacon Tom Bizon 216.433.1440 x14

Confirmation

The usual age for youth Confirmation is 8th grade. Preparation is provided through the PSR program. For older youth or adult Confirmation, contact the parish office.

Godparents & Sponsors

Anyone seeking to be a Godparent or Sponsor must be registered in the parish, a practicing Catholic, at least 16 years old and have received Confirmation. Anyone who is married must be married in the Catholic Church. Contact the parish office for certificate.

First Penance and Eucharist

For children, these sacraments are usually received in the second grade. Preparation is provided through the PSR program. For adults, see *RCIA.

Funeral

 In the event of a death, the funeral director will contact Bob Huczel 216.433.1440 x13 to coordinate the funeral Mass.

Holy Orders 

 If you or someone you know may be interested in ordained or consecrated life, please contact one of the priests or deacons.

Marriage

Please contact the parish office at least six months in advance. Catholics seeking marriage are expected to be registered parishioners and attending Sunday Mass regularly.
