Bereavement Ministry
Please be assured of the prayers and concern of our parish for you and your family during the loss of a loved one and through your grief. To plan funeral arrangements, you will first want to contact the funeral home. The funeral director will then contact our parish office to schedule the Mass of Christian Burial.
Our parish Funeral Planning Booklet has been prepared to assist you and your family in planning the Mass. We hope that by selecting your own readings and music, you and your family might share more fully in the liturgy, and express your abiding love and care for the deceased.
Along with the booklet is our Liturgy Planning Form. The completed form,
along with 5-7 key personal things that stand out about your loved one, are requested at least 2-3 days in advance of the funeral so the priest can prepare his homily.

Please email the completed form to mqabrookpark@gmail.com, along with 5-7 personal things that stood out most about your loved one
at least 2-3 days in advance of the funeral.
You can also drop off the information in person to the rectory office, Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
